The formation of a new Indian American SuperPAC supporting Congressman Joe Walsh’s campaign illustrates the political division within the Asian community in the 8th Congressional District.
Indian Americans for Freedom, a group founded by Carol Stream businessman Shalli Kumar in August, is airing ads on cable television and in several newspapers questioning Hoffman Estates Democrat Tammy Duckworth’s support of the Council on American Islamic Relations.
Shalli Kumar brings shame to the thousands of Hindu Americans in the 8th District who co-exist in peace and friendship with other Indian Americans (Muslim, Sikh and Christian).
What is most humorous is that what he wrongly accuses CAIR of being and doing is exactly what he is in fact. His support of Narendra Modi, the Butcher of Gujarat, is indicative of his sympathies with the ultra-nationalist movements in India. However, he couches his support of Modi as being predicated on Modi's emphasis on anti-corruption in the Indian state of Gujarat.
It sounds like a cover if you ask me...
The BJP leadership was directly involved with Terrorist Saadhvi Pragya Thakur, prime accused in Malegaon blast and couple of other terror activities. Unfortunately, few Muslim youths were already sentenced and were awaiting trail, when this investigation started. The entire operation was so cleverly planned, that it was blamed on Muslim organizations by media, politician and the police. The gang was exposed when a member of the group came out in public and spoke about this, which led to an investigation. The background was that this Hinduvta gentleman was in the same jail with the innocent Muslim youth accused. The Muslim youth's good behavior made him feel guilty and he came out and spoke in public.
Modi and women:
"I'd rather be a love minister, than a hate chief minsiter" was the response to Mr. Modi from a former Indian Federal minister. Mr. Modi's regular taunts on Sonia Gandhi on her foreign origin speaks volumes about his tolerance and acceptance. Wonder, how Shalli Kumar lived in the US for close to 50yrs and made America his home, when he supports anti-west, anti-women, anti-acceptance mindset and to top it all, supports a leader/party who have sympathy for terrorists. Very interesting indeed! This Shalli Kumar, to my understanding does not hold either Indian or American values. He sounds hungry for his 15minutes fame and desperate to show his success. Thank you.

Recently, Mr. Walsh shared the stage with Indian BJP Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh on the laters visit to the United States. The event was "overseas friends of BJP, USA". He only had sweet things to tell in the event. The Congressman who is known to be outspoken, did not even mention a word of religious and inter caste crime done by the BJP or it's allies namely the RSS, who openly run their meetings here in the US with several chapters. Is this not a shame on Mr. Walsh and shows his dual character. I hope American people are aware!
